The AcalaQuell® is more than just a water dispenser, it is a complete, yet compact water treatment system.

AcalaQuell® water filter with spring-fresh purity for the home and office.
Your drinking water passes through various stages until you have mild, soft water. Since no pressure is applied to the water, your drinking water has time to develop, just like a good wine.
The ceramic pre-filter will not let any dust or rust or suspended particles pass through. The ceramic with a pore size of only 0.2-0.45 µm* is so fine that no bacteria can pass through, thus providing effective protection against germs.

In the second step, the water flows through the premium filter cartridge. After purification by a special activated carbon and silver activated carbon, heavy metals, nitrate and other undesirable substances are removed or reduced by ion exchange.
The water continues to flow through a bioceramic. Here, traces of calcium and magnesium are released into the water. The pH value is also shifted slightly into the basic pH range by the bioceramics. A layer of zeolite removes molecules and minute components with a strong positive charge. As a result, it acts as an ultra-fine molecular sieve and catalyst.
The water then flows through quartz sand.
The mineral stones release minerals in traces to the water and have a slightly alkaline effect on the drinking water. You can control the taste of your water beautifully with the amount of stones you put in your crystal glass tank. The more stones you put in your crystal glass tank, the spicier the water tastes and the fewer stones you put in your crystal glass tank, the smoother the water tastes.

High quality materials are used together with Pi technology (PI = back to the source) for water treatment. The result is an extremely tasty, soft and easily digestible spring water that we love to drink!

You should have a height of 70 cm so that water can be filled in comfortably,
the filter insert is changed every 4 months.
The ceramic filter should be changed approx. once a year depending on the water pipe quality.
