With this package you receive an ^AcalaQuell® Smart including a ceramic filter,
an ^AcalaQuell® cartridge, and mineral stones – in addition you receive two ^AcalaQuell® cartridges.
With this package you are supplied for a whole year.
This also includes a lime additional filter. Depending on the lime content in your water, you can also order a year’s supply of replacement granulate for the lime supplementary filter here.

The ^AcalaQuell® is more than a water dispenser, it is a complete, yet compact water treatment system. Without pressure, only with the help of gravity, you get clean drinking water of the highest quality from simple tap water. The eight-liter blue crystal glass water reservoir ensures unadulterated enjoyment.

Water treatment with ^AcalaQuell® follows the principle of nature in combination with the results of intensive research and development. The multi-layered filtration ensures demonstrably high water quality.
The Pi technology for water treatment developed in Japan and Germany restores the properties of a natural spring to your drinking water!
The result is soft, wholesome water and thus the basis for your physical well-being.

^AcalaQuell® water filter with spring-fresh purity for at home and in the office.
Your drinking water passes through various stages until you have mild, soft water. Since no pressure is applied to the water, your drinking water has time to develop, just like a good wine.

The ceramic pre-filter does not allow dust, rust or suspended particles to pass through. The ceramic with a pore size of just 0.2-0.45 µm* is so fine that no bacteria can pass through it, thus providing effective protection against germs.

In the second step, the water flows through the premium filter cartridge. After purification by a special high-performance activated carbon and by ion exchange, heavy metals, hormones, drug residues and other undesirable substances are removed or reduced.

The water continues to flow through a sediment – zeolite layer. Zeolite acts as a catalyst and molecular sieve. 1 gram of zeolite can have up to 1000m² of internal surface area and is therefore extremely efficient at absorbing substances.
The layer of zeolite removes molecules and tiny components with a strong positive charge. As a result, it acts as an ultrafine molecular sieve and catalyst.

In the third stage, your water reaches a layer of alkaline bioceramic, which slowly releases calcium ions.
This makes the water slightly alkaline (basic). The effect of calcium ions in water is said in Japan, longevity as an effect. Acala bioceramics reflect infrared light steels and enhance the formation of hexagonal structures in drinking water, according to Gerald H. Pollack at the University of Washington.

Tourmaline bioceramics forms the fourth stage, it has a “catalyst function” and thus enhances the energetic properties in the cartridge.

The water then flows through quartz sand.
Quartz sand has the function of a stream, just like in nature.
Your water regains its natural fresh and pure taste.

The mineral stones release traces of minerals into the water and have a slightly alkaline effect on the drinking water. You can control the taste of your water beautifully with the amount of stones you put in your crystal glass tank. The more stones you put in your crystal glass tank, the spicier the water tastes and the fewer stones you put in your crystal glass tank, the smoother the water tastes.
You will receive the mineral stones if you choose the premium cartridge. If you choose the Advanced cartridge, no mineral stones are included.

High quality materials are used together with Pi technology (PI = back to the source) for water treatment. The result is an extremely tasty, soft and digestible spring water that we love to drink!
